Hayward Can Depend On
Years ago, I began my journey towards public office.
12 months ago, family, friends, myself, and many of you, launched a great campaign. We gained support from business and labor groups, faith leaders and elected officials, environmental activists and industry members. We gained more endorsements than any other candidate, raised over $20,000 and made connections throughout Hayward.
While we did not win this election, the hours we put in were well worth the effort. People who have no faith in the process registered and voted in this election. Individuals who had never worked on a campaign reached out to hundreds of voters throughout Hayward. New collaborations have been ignited.
While this campaign has ended, there is good work ahead.
What comes next? Possibilities abound. Stay connected and join in.
